    A passenger may not hand-carry an article heavier than 10KG (with three-dimensional sum not in excess of 115CM) or multiple articles.     1)Domestic: You must cause the existing one cancelled for re-purchase by assuming cancellation charge and air fare difference.
    2)International: Cancellation charge and air fare difference may vary according to the ticket you have purchased (or change may not be available in case of special offers and some other tickets.)

    If refund is requested after purchase with a check of credit card, the process will take 5 to 7 days to
    be refunded. (International card could take 3 or 4 weeks.)
    Depending on the credit card payment date and time of the payment, it may be refunded in the following month.

    Please be understanding that you may not either correct any information, nor transfer a flight ticket to another person (including a family member) as a flight ticket is deemed a 'security'.     If a child wants to travel alone without a guardian (over the age of 16), 

    Please contact Jeju Air customer center (1599-1500) to apply Unaccompanied Minor Service 

    and receive confirmation of your application.

    In case of not carrying documents required, boarding/entering the country can be refused. 

    Please check Immigration regulations from Ministry of Foreign Affairs or Embassy of the country for details.

    Domestic: Yes, you may. Also, you may hand-carry any liquid without restriction (on condition of being packed secure, to prevent leakage or break) 
    International: You may not hand-carry water, beverage, food, cosmetics and other liquid, spray and gels (and creams as well) in excess of 100ML. Any of these must be contained separately and packed once again in a 1-litter zipper bag. A passenger may not carry multiple zipper bags.
